Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Victus MC store and network. By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

By accessing Victus MC or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy and Refund policies. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Virtual items & licence

All products are digital, virtual items with no real-world monetary value. Purchasing grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the item on our network. We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items at any time.

3. Payments & currency

Prices are displayed in USD by default and may be shown in EUR via the currency selector. You are charged in the displayed currency. Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal); we never store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Purchases are delivered automatically in-game, typically within 5–10 minutes. You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. Items purchased for an incorrect username may not be recoverable.

5. Chargebacks & fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a breach of these terms. Affected accounts will be permanently banned from the network and all granted items revoked. Fraudulent purchases are reported to the payment processor.

6. Conduct

  • Do not exploit bugs, duplication glitches, or delivery errors.
  • Do not resell, trade, or share purchased items or accounts.
  • Follow the in-game and Discord rules at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victus MC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or network. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

8. Not affiliated with Mojang

This store and network are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

9. Changes & contact
