Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's our refund posture, plainly stated.
General posture
Because our products are virtual, digital goods that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the item has been delivered in-game. However, we handle genuine issues fairly and case by case.
When you ARE eligible for a refund
- Your item was never delivered and support could not resolve it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
- An unauthorized payment was made from your account (subject to verification).
When you are NOT eligible
- You changed your mind after the item was delivered.
- You entered the wrong Minecraft username at checkout.
- Your account was banned for breaking the rules.
Refund window
Eligible refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket or email support@victusmc.net with your order ID and a description of the issue. Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us — chargebacks result in a network ban.
